New Life Group

I am excited to announce a new Life Group for church members who are 70 and older. We currently have 44 members who are in this age group! There are many members in this age group who aren't attached to one of our current Life Groups, and I believe there is a need for a Life Group that meets the needs of individuals in the golden years.

I would like to see this Life Group begin meeting once a month, starting on June 1, 2025, at 11:15 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall. The goal would be to continue meeting on the first Sunday of the month and see how God can use this Life Group in our church's ministry. If there is a desire to meet more often, that can certainly be arranged.

This Life Group could lead outreach to those in nursing homes who aren't able to attend. We could even plan excursions for those who are able to travel. I know many Senior Adult ministries that offer trips like this as a way to promote outreach to prospects.
